How a UK agency scaled to 3× client load without new overhead
A boutique UK marketing agency added a white-labeled dpoint design and social team to its delivery stack. It grew from a capacity ceiling of roughly three active retainers to nine in eight months, with no new local hires and a higher per-client margin.

The situation
The agency was turning work away. Every new retainer meant a risky local hire at UK salaries, and the founders were already at capacity delivering.
What we built
A white-labeled delivery team, designers and a digital marketer working under the agency’s brand and tools, that flexed up as new clients signed. dpoint handled recruitment, payroll and management; the agency owned the client relationship.
The outcome
Active retainers grew from three to nine over eight months with no new local hires. Because delivery cost dropped while pricing held, gross margin per client rose 22 points.
“Our clients think we tripled headcount. Our margins say otherwise.”
